History:
Procedure:
          A one(two)-day myocardial perfusion protocol was performed.
     The patient was injeted with _ mCi technetium-99m sestamibi intravenously at rest and _ mCi technetium-99m sestamibi intravenously at peak stress.
     Following the injection of ?Persantine/Lexiscan or exercise?, gated SPECT images were obtained at both rest and stress.
     ?Aminophylline was also injected?
          ? symptoms developed?
     Heart rate response was ?pharmacologic? as was the blood pressure response.
Findings:
          Raw Images - Review of the raw images reveals no significant motion artifact.
          LV Size / Function / EF / WMA's
          ?Any attenuation / artifacts?
          Review of the SPECT images reveals ? any abnormalities.
     Otherwise, a relatively uniform distribution of uptake was seen in the other walls.
Impression:
     1) LV Size
     2) LV Function / EF / WMA's
     3) Fixed Defects / Reversibility
     4) Attenuation / Artifacts
